This amount will be pre-authorized one day before your check-in and will be released upon checkout, provided that there are no damages or additional charges incurred during your stay. We understand that accidents can happen, but we ask that you take care to treat our property with respect and report any damages or issues as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our rental property to the highest standards.

As a company that uphold and value the people we work with and the properties we provide for our service, we do not allow pets in our properties. We appreciate this can be an inconvenience for those who have pets and want to stay in our accommodation so we do apologise to those in advance.

Our cancellation policy is non-refundable, but we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your stay, we'll work with you to find alternative dates that suit your needs. Additionally, if we're able to find replacement guests for your original booking, we'll refund your money.
